All Scholarships for the 2023 Retreat are accounted for. There are no Scholarships remaining.

We are excited with the massive response we have received for the He Makes All Things New Retreat this April 27-30th. Due to this high demand, we have maxed out our scholarships and on site lodging at Ridgecrest. We only have 100 spots available for offsite registrations for the retreat. There are many great and affordable hotel and house rental options very close to Ridgecrest that we encourage you to look at. You are able to register offsite and get a meal plan at Ridgecrest so you can still enjoy all meals on site. 

We did create a waitlist for Ridgecrest lodging in the case that more rooms become available. Rooms may not be released until a few days before the retreat so we suggest you register for offsite and find your own lodging that you can cancel in the case that you receive a room on property through the waitlist. Signing up for the waitlist does not register you for the retreat nor does it guarantee you a registration spot. We can upgrade anyone who registered for offsite but then received a Ridgecrest room and you will only need to pay the difference.

ROOMING:

Double Occupancy Mountain Laurel Rooms are $75/night - SOLD OUT

Single Occupancy Mountain Laurel Rooms are $149/night - SOLD OUT

3 to a room Walnut Rooms are $43/night - LIMITED SUPPLY

5 to a room Walnut Rooms are $26/night - LIMITED SUPPLY

Ridgecrest has has more rooms open up on site. These are the "Walnut" rooms which are a dorm style consisting of 1 queen bed and 2 sets of bunk beds for a total of 5 beds per room. 

There is a waitlist for the other non "Walnut" rooms (they are called Mountain Laurel) which are more traditional hotel rooms. 

There are also many great lodging options near Ridgecrest you can reserve and register below for an offsite registration. Only 125 total offsite registration spots available.

Meal plans are $69/person and include:

Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch

CONFERENCE FEES:

Super Early Bird Conference Fee - $200 (till 11/8/22)

Early Bird Conference Fee - $250 (till 3/31/23)

Regular Conference Fee - $300

PRE CONFERENCE OPTION:

Fee - $50 extra

This includes special breakouts starting on Thursday at 1pm till dinner. Dinner at Ridgecrest is included in the cost.

Only a $100 deposit is required to secure your spot (non-scholarship recipients). Final payment is due 2 weeks before the retreat (April 13th). You are able to set up an account (link on your confirmation email) and make payments of any amount on your own schedule between now and the event. We suggest you plan out times to make payments that is appropriate for you between now and the event.

ROOMING POLICY

Please note, a roommate preference does not guarantee you will be placed in the room with that person unless you both request each other in which case it will guarantee it. We will do our best to honor all roommate requests. Unless you selected the single room option you will be given a roommate by default. If you do not have a preference or your preference is not available, then you will be assigned one by the Called to Peace  Ministries team. 

Regardless of what option you choose, we ask that everyone attending commits to being respectful and understanding of what it means to room with other people. This means even if the other person snores or has habits you may not like, you can deal with it in a respectful and adult like manner on your own. We are not able to make rooming changes during the retreat. The best way to avoid this is to select a single room option or find a roommate on your own.
